Keelin Nugent - Founder and Director of KIKIFIT LLE FZ

Based in Dubai, UAE, Keelin Nugent is a health and fitness coach and entrepreneur dedicated to helping clients stay healthy through movement and nutrition. She holds a BS in sport science and health from Dublin City University. Keelin Nugent graduated in 2019, the same year she founded KIKIFIT LLE FZ, a fitness company also based in Dubai.

Keelin Nugent focuses her fitness company on practical training and supportive coaching for long-term health. She designs and implements bespoke training programs tailored to achieve the goals of her clients, from building strength to weight loss. As the company’s founder and director, she also leads a team of coaches who deliver personal training, group programs, corporate wellness services, and online coaching to clients around the world.

Recognizing the foundational role of diet in health and fitness, Ms. Nugent has partnered with nutrition professionals to integrate nutrition and mental wellness into fitness plans. She shares many recipes on social media and has become widely known online.

Through KIKIFIT, Ms. Nugent has worked with hundreds of women to improve their strength, confidence, and relationships with food and their bodies. In September 2025, she hosted a wellness event for her clients, bringing together members of the KIKIFIT community to celebrate progress and connection. Ms. Nugent is also a Womensbest paid athlete and competed in Hyrox Sharjah alongside her sister in 2025.
